| White Water Rafting is a fantastic way to view Tropical North Queensland’s World Heritage Rainforest the weather is always warm in Tropical North Queensland and the water is not close to frozen although it will take your breath away. |

International Rapid Grading System: |
| |
- Grade 1 Rapids are small regular waves
- Grade 2 Rapids with regular medium sized waves. Minimal tactical moves may be required
- Grade 3 Reasonable size waves with need to hold on at times. Technical manoeuvring to negotiate rapids is required.
- Grade 4 Difficult rapids with high powered irregular waves. Continual manoeuvring of rafts is required to negotiate rapids
- Grade 4 Very difficult rapids with large drops and fast currents. Complex precise and powerful sequential manoeuvring is required.
- Grade 6 Nearly impossible, very dangerous and we don’t offer grade 6 trips.

- Change of clothes
We recommend wear an extra t-shirt or rash vest under your life vest to prevent sunburn |
